Travel South on HWY 69 towards Jacksonville. Just pass the Bullard Brookshires grocery store is FM 344. One mile past this intersection is CR 3801. You will turn left. A short distance down on the left will be the property development of Katima.

From Jacksonville:
Travel North on HWY 69 towards Tyler. Hondo & Shortys Burgers will be on your left. A short distance past that turn right on CR 3801. Katima is located on the left.
