The 2007 Semillon is a dry white wine that fills the nose with blissful tropical fruits. Pineapple, mango, and citrus harmonize with a palate of honeyed grapefruit and buttery undertones. Overall, it is a soft wine with lingering peach and citrus characteristics. Stainless steel fermented and aged to hold its big fruit character, this wine is perfect to open now and will age well through 2012.
