First Time Login Instructions
Modifying Your Package
Update Personal Information: Easily change your shipping address, preferred delivery method, or update your credit card information on file.
View Your Upcoming Package Details: See the wines scheduled for your next shipment and review your next scheduled charge date.
Manage Your Subscription: Change your existing package selection or add additional wines to your upcoming order.
All changes are automatically saved as you move through the system.
For security, your account requires a one-time password reset to establish your personal password.
Navigate to the Kiepersol Member Portal: kiepersol Member Portal.
Click the "Need help logging in?" link.
Enter the primary email address associated with your Wine Club membership.
You will receive a password recovery email to that address. Follow the instructions within the email to set your new, secure password.
This process ensures your information remains protected and allows you to establish a password known only to you.
Adding Wines: Members can add any wine on top of their package subscription by choosing the 'Add Item' button and scrolling through the wines. Your club level discount will automatically apply to these wines when you are charged.
Changing/Customizing a Package: To change your package or substitute wines, you must first delete your current club package and then build a custom package by adding individual wines one by one. The system does not support removing individual items from packages. Once you add the full amount of wines in your package, your discount will automatically apply to each wine. For example, if you are a six-bottle member, once you add six bottles back into the package, you will see the discount applied.
This Club Member Portal is a separate system from our online shopping cart. If you want to purchase wines for pickup or shipping at a time that doesn’t coincide with your package date, please visit our online shopping cart here.
