One editorial question: Did you use the 2025 semi-sweet Vit for the actual pairing? The Kiepersol website currently shows both the 2025 off-dry Vit and the 2024 dry Vit. I wrote this for the 2025, but I want to make sure the pairing matches the bottle you photographed.
