BUSHMAN’S RV CAMP CONCIERGE

As part of the Kiepersol family, Bushman’s RV Camp is a destination spot that focuses on guest experience and quality service. At Bushman’s RV Camp, employees must be mature, competent and self-motivated to provide excellent service to guests and staff alike. Concierge are encouraged to do everything in their power to provide the cleanest, kindest, fun and safest experience to all guests. Concierge must be willing to work flexible hours, as well as in various environments and weather conditions.

Bushman’s RV Camp Concierge Responsibilities:Ability to open/close camp for business
Take phone reservations or “walk-ins” and assign guests appropriately
Ability to lift up to 50lbs multiple times a day
Ability to pay attention to detail and communicate with fellow employees of the business
Tend to RV or camping guests check in/out
Ability to take ownership of the camp to help maintain cleanliness, kindness, fun and safety for all
Willingness to build and maintain relationships with guests during their stay
Ability to problem solve
Willingness to maintain cleanliness multiple times a day throughout camp
Maintain retail store presentation and sales during business hours.

Candidate Bonuses:
Knowledge of RV sizes, classifications, hookups and needs

Knowledge of other Kiepersol Venues
Knowledge of Kiepersol wine and spirits
Experience in providing excellent customer service at an all inclusive destination
Knowledge of fishing
